Role : Media Lawyer Experience : 4 to 5 Years Qualfication : LLB Location : Mumbai Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Media Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media and entertainment industry and provide expert legal counsel on matters involving intellectual property, defamation, content regulation, advertising law, talent agreements, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Drafting and negotiation of various Agreements including but not limiting to Production Service, Licenses, Acquisitions. 2. Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements and Contracts. 3. Advising business team on various legal and commercial issues pertaining to intellectual property rights and other contractual rights and obligations. 4. Coordinating with Clients. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints 5. Handling ancillary Non Litigation work. The candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage a demanding workload with strict deadlines & shall possess the skills of managing a team smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential retail locations that align with the company's growth strategy for NSO (New store opening) Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitive landscape to inform property acquisition decisions Expand the brokers network year on year and onboard newer agencies. Conduct a thorough competition analysis. 2.Property Identification and Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential retail properties for acquisition. Liaison with Developers/Landlords/Real estate consultants for Leasing of properties. Ensure Compliance to the real estate standard operating procedures (SOP). Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and financial analysis to assess the viability of potential properties. Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to Regional BD. 3.Negotiation and Acquisition Co-ordinate terms and conditions of property acquisitions, including purchase price, lease agreements, Co-ordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial requirements. Co-ordinate with Landlords/ Owners for ensure timely acquisition of the site with legalities related to acquisition completed. 4.MIS & Reporting Prepare reports on market mapping including competitor activities. Identify and report emerging markets within existing and new cities Prepare BD docket as per SOPs for all potential locations on a timely manner.

10+ yrs in Litigation, Drafting, Contract drafting , Contract/ Agreement Management & Arbitrations are mandatory. Proficiency in local language Telugu preferred. Corporate experienec mandate. Required Candidate profile Analyze, handle, advise and implement the appropriate actions for litigation management and statutory compliance in order to mitigate the risk in terms of monetary/compliance.

This position will directly manage our customers for exceptional Service, Collections, and recovery functions Will be part of the CRM team who are responsible to give world- class service to existing customers, quick turnaround time(TAT), resolve customer queries/ concerns, recover dues from those customers who have defaulted the payments and are in the overdue/cancellation bucket. Maintaining Collection / Handling customer complaints / Escalations. Must ensure that collections are as per target. 90% of target should be achieved on monthly basis. Will be involved coordinating and liaising with the legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specific cases.Must build relationship with HNI clients ensure service experience, timely collections are made. Work closely with management to design the strategy to give world class service to luxury segment customers and ensure collections. Will be responsible for loyalty customers sales, customer retention and registration of agreements. MBA/Graduate with 6-8 years experience in Collections role. Preferably in the real estate industry
