Pharma courses who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding students, and contributing to academic and institutional growth. Key Responsibilities Teach diploma-level pharmacy subjects as per PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) guidelines. Conduct laboratory practical's, tutorials, and interactive sessions. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools. Guide students in projects, assignments, and career development. Ensure adherence to academic regulations and quality standards. Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and examinations. Engage in research, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities. Qualifications Minimum Qualification (as per RUHS/PCI norms): B. Pharma from a recognized university/institution. Preference will be given to candidates with M. Pharma in relevant specialization. Good communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development. Experience Freshers with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
