Agrasen College Graduate-Sales Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and sales processes through structured training and continuous learning.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, market research, prospecting, and systematic customer follow-ups.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions to build strong relationships.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and other required sales documentation.
• Accurately maintain and update customer records, lead status, and sales reports using CRM tools or MS Excel.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, accounts, and customer support to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
