Role Description We are seeking a full-time Functional Safety Specialist at Pune office. In this on-site role, the Functional Safety Specialist will develop and implement functional safety concepts, participate in Safety analysis like HARA, Impact Analysis, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA etc, and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify safety requirements, conducting safety training sessions, and investigating safety-related incidents. Qualifications 4+ yrs of Experience in Automotive embedded electronics (ECU development). Expertise on Automotive Functional Safety Standard ISO26262 (SW Safety) Part 6 mainly. Knowledge of Part 3 and Part 4 . Hands on experience in Safety analysis like HARA, Impact Analysis, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA etc at the System/SW/HW level as applicable. Strong experience in Embedded C development. Application SW with MATLAB or BSW development. Good analytical, reasoning, and technical documentation skills. Responsible for developing & implementing safety requirements. Education: BE/B-Tech, minimum bachelor of electronics engineering, with focus in automotive software development.
