As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all Plant & Machinery operations, executing project timelines, overseeing budgeting and financial management, leading project teams, and ensuring compliance with mining regulations and reporting standards. Your role will also involve coordinating with different departments, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing robust safety protocols to address safety concerns effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, along with proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, financial acumen, leadership, team management, regulatory compliance, safety protocols, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical skills, and technical knowledge of heavy mining equipment and maintenance practices.
