As a Business Development Manager for the South Africa Region with a primary focus on Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia, your role involves taking responsibility for the overall development, implementation, and progress of strategic business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Approach customers to generate leads for Out-Licensing and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) business across South Africa. - Understand customer requirements, prepare commercial quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Initiate and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize various types of contracts, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Licensing, and CMO agreements. In the realm of Project Management, you will: - Act as the liaison between different departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects. - Provide front-line customer service for various projects. In terms of MIS Management, your duties will include: - Prepare and monitor the database for new business development activities. - Conduct related data analysis and prepare presentations. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development and project management. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. - Proficiency in MIS management and data analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
