Designation - Assistant General Manager (Projects)
Principal Responsibilities:
o Lead a team of Assistant Project Managers / Project Managers to handle all kind of interiors projects, client meeting, overseeing projects deadlines and work completion.
o Review Design wrt adherence to client’s brief, buildability, completeness and co-ordination of drawings, adherence to budget and spec; o Defining and managing the project estimate/budget;
o Managing risks and taking timely corrective measurements in consultation with Head of Projects; o Coordinating of interdependencies among various Specialist Verticals (eg, design, MEP, Procurement etc);
o Tracking and Managing Project Revenue (client billing) and Project Expenses (vendor payments);
o Visiting sites regularly and provide quality report, ensure design and spec compliance.
o Liaise closely with Business Services teams to ensure accurate & robust budget monitoring against project plans and report it further to Head of Projects;
o Convene and chair co-ordination meetings with external partners, stakeholders and internal project teams;
o Managing Project closeout including but not limited to final remeasurement & billing, O & M manuals and a Built drop;
o Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
o Manage the technical aspects of the project, including the selection of finishes and fittings;
o Assist Business Development dept. for preparing the comprehensive design and cost package. Be the technical representative of the company during project acquisition process;
o Traveling and attending site meetings within the city and beyond is required;
o Track and monitor benefits realization against planned targets;
o Ensure post project reviews are in place and include lessons learnt exercises which identify both positive and negative outcomes to be actioned;
