AGM- MEP

Role Overview: As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for MEP at RELT-Realty Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to have a comprehensive understanding of the basic design concept related to Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for both residential and commercial buildings. You will be required to analyze design built drawings critically and provide valuable insights on aspects such as value engineering, techno-commercial factors, maintenance, Electricity Act, and NBC regulations. Additionally, you will need to study the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tenders, and offer comments for vendor finalization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage vendors from kick-off meetings to project handover, including day-to-day management, resource management, and schedule adherence as per the Master Schedule Plan (MSP) and senior management requirements. - Resolve site issues efficiently by coordinating with various stakeholders such as Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, and quality team. - Communicate effectively with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC, and MPCB as necessary. - Focus on cost-effective and innovative solutions, demonstrating digital acumen. - Motivate growth within the organization, share knowledge with colleagues, and aim to elevate subordinates to higher levels. - Independently handle billing and audit processes.
