The Role We are seeking a Vice President – Business Development (India) to spearhead our market expansion in India. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for building our presence, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for India. · Identify and close business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Energy, Pharma, and other critical infrastructure sectors. · Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. · Engage with senior stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, OT/ICS Heads) to position AgixCyber solutions. · Represent AgixCyber at industry events and establish strategic alliances. · Provide market intelligence and report progress to global leadership. · Able delivery annual revenue growth from 25 to 35% What We’re Looking For · 10+ years in business development/sales within cybersecurity, OT/ICS, or industrial technology. · Proven track record of selling to large and medium enterprises in India. · Ability to work Indian and International clients. · Able to work and manage Zoho CRM · Strong network in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Pharma sectors. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. · Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and deliver results. · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
