Role Responsibilities: • Deliver end to end implementation of the product with the client - starting from Business process mapping to User Acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox in a defined timeline. • Analyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demo. • Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases. • Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case. • Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams. • Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan. • Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations. • Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to Customer Success team). • Map benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS. • Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success team Requirements: Experience : 4+years • Master’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor. • Min. 4 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/ HCM implementation roles/HR consulting roles. • Understanding of Technology systems. Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Sergeant, the Police Officer independently performs a variety of general law enforcement and patrol duties. Major Responsibilities General Law Enforcement Protect students, faculty, staff, campus visitors, property, and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Enforce laws, traffic, and parking regulations. Issue citations for violations within department jurisdictions. Apprehend violators, make arrests, and appear in court as required. Provide general information and assistance to the public. Assist in investigations, administrative assignments, projects, and other duties as assigned. Patrol Operations Proactively patrol residence halls, campus buildings, and other facilities and grounds by foot, vehicle, or bicycle. Emphasize community-policing activities such as introducing oneself to others, casual conversation, joining in social events or games, inquiring about safety needs, and offering police assistance. Establish positive relationships with students, furthering their success. Maintain crowd control during assemblies, sporting events, emergencies, and disturbances. Guard property, including vessel screening & facility security as needed for compliance with maritime security regulations (33 CFR parts 104 and 105). Guard and transport cash funds. Investigate, gather evidence, and prepare reports on accidents, property damage, fires, law violations, thefts, and disturbances of the peace. Respond to campus disasters, including but not limited to: fire, earthquake, active shooter, and potentially violent civil unrest, taking a leadership role as appropriate, and ensuring that appropriate resources are effectively applied to minimize loss of life, injury, property damage, and risk/liability. Carry out follow-up investigation and documentation and make notifications as appropriate. Administer first aid to injured persons. Direct traffic and enforce traffic infractions. Enforce parking regulations. Effectively use a two-way radio. Perform other related duties as assigned. Community-Oriented Policing Interact with the community, establishing a sense of personal safety and promoting the public trust throughout the community. Patrols may include a mixture of vehicular, bike, foot, or stationary assignments. Responsibilities Job Description Provide investment research support to global asset managers investing in credit instruments Initiate/maintain multiple deliverables, such as financial models, screeners, research notes for the companies/industries under coverage Conduct detailed capital structure and covenant analysis Prepare earnings summaries, credit outlook, and writeups on investment pros and cons for companies under coverage Effectively communicate ideas and research findings to clients Manage multiple clients and stakeholders and ensure, prioritise, and execute multiple assignments with tight deadlines Train junior analysts and review their work Ensure adherence to high quality standards and industry best practices Job Requirement Skills Required Sound experience in credit research (4+ years) Exposure to US/European capital markets Deep understanding of capital/corporate structure and various debt documents Experience in writing reports Strong excel modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with professional demeanour Advantageous Skills Knowledge of third-party databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Thomson Reuters, etc. Academic Requirements MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputed institution / CFA
