Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with specialized experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. The successful candidate will manage enterprise Oracle databases, oversee Fusion Middleware environments, and implement secure and scalable SSO solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to system administration and integration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oracle Database Administration Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle Database systems (12c, 19c, 21c). Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN and Oracle Data Guard. Monitor database performance and perform tuning for query optimization. Administer users, roles, and permissions; ensure data integrity and security. Automate regular DBA tasks using Shell scripting and PL/SQL. Maintain high availability configurations including RAC and ASM environments. Troubleshoot database issues including performance, locking, and corruption. 2. Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration Install, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion Middleware components including: Oracle WebLogic Server Oracle SOA Suite Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) Manage deployments of Java EE applications across WebLogic domains and clusters. Apply patches, monitor logs, and tune middleware performance. Troubleshoot integration issues between middleware and other enterprise systems. Coordinate with application teams for middleware-related support and deployment activities. 3. Single Sign-On (SSO) & Identity Management Implement and manage enterprise SSO using technologies such as: Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect LDAP and Active Directory integrations Configure identity federation and secure user authentication across internal and third-party applications. Maintain and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies. Ensure compliance with security best practices and internal governance standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware administration. Proven experience implementing and managing SSO solutions using Oracle or other standard identity frameworks. Strong knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server, including clustering and performance tuning. Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN. Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
