As an eComm & Digital IT Manager at M&S Reliance, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving the digital and eCommerce technology landscape. Acting as a liaison between IT and business teams, your responsibility will be to ensure that technology solutions are in line with strategic objectives, providing high performance, integration, and user satisfaction. You will closely collaborate with global M&S platforms such as Demandware/SFCC, local partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your key deliverables will include managing and enhancing eComm and digital applications to ensure stability, scalability, and relevance to the business. You will work with global M&S teams and JV partners to oversee integrations with the SFCC platform and other digital tools. Additionally, you will establish and maintain IT processes for site operations, incident resolution, and change/enhancement management. Ensuring systems meet SLAs, are cost-efficient, and support seamless digital commerce operations will be a critical part of your role. Identifying digital/eComm demands, translating business requirements into actionable IT deliverables, driving technology solution implementations, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery within set timelines and budgets are also key responsibilities. You will lead technical teams, coordinate with external vendors and contractors, and provide coaching and guidance to internal team members as needed. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA framework. Proven expertise in eComm store operations, digital integration, and system architecture is essential. Experience in order management systems (e.g., Sterling), DC inventory, and multi-system integrations will be advantageous. A solid understanding of ITIL practices, project management, and working in Agile/Scrum teams is required. Your ability to analyze business needs, model processes, propose scalable IT solutions, communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, manage concurrent projects, and lead internal/external teams will be critical for success in this role.,
