To excel in this role, you should possess a university degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least five years of professional experience in development. Proficiency in web technologies, JavaScript development, and the Adobe product suite (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe AEM) is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Cloud CDN, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and strong communication skills in English is required. Furthermore, you should demonstrate pro-activity, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. Experience with Agile team management tools, distributed teams, and a fast-paced work environment will be beneficial.
