Agile/Scrum Master

As a skilled Agile Coach, you will be responsible for diagnosing the current state of Agile practices within the organization and recommending improvement actions. Your expertise will be crucial in consulting clients to define Agile adoption transformation strategies across different levels including enterprise portfolio, program, and team. Your role will involve coaching teams to enhance their Agile maturity, designing and implementing tailored Agile training interventions, and influencing client stakeholders to grasp the advantages of Agile adoption as needed. You will also play a key part in guiding teams towards embracing effective engineering practices. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and delivering customized role-based Agile coaching training sessions to support the continuous improvement of Agile processes within the organization.
