As ERM continues to expand its Enterprise Architecture (EA) function within the Group IT organization, the company is seeking a global Head of EA to lead a team of Technical, Solution, Platform, and Data Architects. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Head of EA will be responsible for guiding the successful delivery of the technology platform supporting internal and client-facing solutions. This pivotal role involves providing leadership and strategic oversight as the chief architect for ERM, shaping the future state of information technology to support global and regional priorities. The Head of EA will lead a team of high-performing architects, developing solutions and application roadmaps to empower the business strategy effectively. The ideal candidate for the Head of EA role is a business-focused professional with a proven track record in aligning strategic planning with solution roadmaps, designing architecture models to shape digital platforms, and providing strategic advice for future IT investments. The individual should have experience in developing IT architectures and standards to support the implementation of the IT strategy, promoting shared infrastructure and applications for cost reduction and improved information flows. Additionally, the Head of EA should possess leadership qualities to encourage innovation, implement cutting-edge technologies, and mentor team members within the organization. Key responsibilities of the Head of EA include overseeing cloud application and infrastructure optimization globally, tracking business value through platform rationalization activities, building global cloud standards, assisting in talent acquisition, ensuring operational excellence within the architecture team, staying abreast of current trends, and fostering collaboration within agile teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate should exhibit strong leadership characteristics, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with expertise in business applications, software development, infrastructure, and digital platforms. The candidate should also possess architecture design experience, familiarity with common stacks, and relevant experience in web development technologies. Additionally, experience in leading architecture teams, defining enterprise architectures, and working with cloud technologies is preferred for this role.,
