Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Networking technologies and end-to-end project lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful execution. Employment Type Full-time | Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively. Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes . Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders . Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards . Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting . Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards . Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5–8 years of proven experience in Project Management with focus on Networking / IT Infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, etc.). Excellent understanding of Project Management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Scrum. Hands-on experience in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines. Certifications (Preferred) PMP Certification or Agile / Scrum Master Certification
