Work Location : Airoli , Navi Mumbai Mode of Work : Work from Office Office Time : 11am to 8pm Key Responsibilities Project Management Plan, execute, and close technical projects using established methodologies (Agile, Scrum) Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization Technical Leadership Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure feasibility of project requirements Understand technical dependencies and constraints to make informed project decisions Facilitate technical discussions and help resolve complex technical challenges Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices Oversee system integrations, deployments, and technical deliverables Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies Implement tools and systems to enhance team productivity and project visibility Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in technical project management Should have evolved from development track to the project management role Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects Technical Skills Strong understanding of Angular and .Net projects Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Project Management Skills PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies Risk management and mitigation experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
