Your role as a Senior Software Technical Lead Mobile Applications will involve leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance software applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration with product management, design, and architecture teams to define technical strategies aligned with business goals will be a key aspect of your role. Requirements: - 12 to 15 years of experience in Mobile Applications development. - Experience in building native applications in iOS and Android. - Expertise in Java, Swift, Objective C, and Kotlin. - Proficiency in using SPM, Gradle, SwiftUI, and Jetpack Compose. - Familiarity with cross-platform mobile frameworks like Flutter and Kotlin Multi-Platform. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub for mobile applications. - Understanding of OWASP Mobile Security Requirements and design principles. - Experience with Scrum, Agile Philosophy, and architectural design patterns. - Strong knowledge of software design, design patterns, and performance tuning. - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements. - Effective communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly. Preferred Skills: - IoT Platform, Bluetooth, and WIFI. - GraphQL. Education: - BE, B.Tech, or MTech in Computer Sciences Engineering. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a backend lead located in Hyderabad. The backend lead will be responsible for leading and developing the project(s). Leading = Hands-on. Apply only if you can code. Expectations from the role System Architecture DesignArchitect scalable, secure, and modular backend systems capable of handling high volumes of data and traffic. Design an efficient database schema, optimizing for data proficiency. Build and maintain well-documented, secure, and performant APIs for seamless frontend and third-party integrations.
