As a Presales Senior Manager (Managed Services) at HCLTech, you will be responsible for leading the design and articulation of next-gen managed services solutions. With over 10 years of experience in IT Services and at least 4 years in Application Support & Maintenance (ASM) Solutioning, you will play a strategic role in crafting compelling proposals for multi-tower application support deals. Your role will involve integrating automation, AI-led operations, and service transformation levers to meet customer IT and business objectives effectively. Your key responsibilities will include owning the solutioning of large and medium-sized ASM deals across technologies and business domains. You will be required to translate customer IT and business objectives into modern, resilient, and cost-effective application support models, incorporating ITIL, Agile Ops, SRE, etc. Additionally, you will drive RFP responses, presentations, and estimation processes, integrating AI-led operations, shift-left, self-heal, and SOP-based standardization into support models. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work with vertical leads, platform teams, delivery SMEs, and pricing to create win strategies. You will also be expected to reuse and enhance solution components like playbooks, transformation accelerators, and response templates. Your deep understanding of ASM solutioning, familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, monitoring platforms, and automation enablers will be crucial in simplifying complex operations into client-ready messaging. Experience in hybrid delivery models, distributed support across geographies, and support for SAP, Salesforce, or cloud-native apps will be advantageous.
