Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee product development from concept to release Own project timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Maintain detailed project trackers and dashboards (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) Proactively identify blockers and ensure rapid resolution Agile / Scrum Leadership Implement and uphold Agile best practices across all product teams Facilitate daily standups, sprint demos, and retros Coach teams on Agile principles and rituals Ensure sprint velocity and team accountability remain consistent Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and data teams Serve as the primary point of communication between leadership and development teams Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with delivery timelines Delivery & Reporting Track deliverables and key milestones; escalate delays and risks Provide weekly status updates to senior leadership Ensure documentation of workflows, releases, and retrospectives Process Improvement Continuously refine processes for productivity, visibility, and quality Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments Proven experience managing product and engineering teams (web/mobile/SaaS projects) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or ClickUp Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, with a bias for action and a passion for shipping great products Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II) or PMP/PMI-ACP Prior experience in a startup or scale-up tech environment Exposure to digital products in media, art, or creative tech industries Why Work at Asign.art?
