About the Role: We are looking for an organized and motivated IT Project Management Associate Advisor to help manage and deliver IT projects. In this role, you will support planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and managing IT projects Coordinate with different teams (technical and business) to track project progress Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and meeting notes Help identify project risks and work on solutions to reduce them Ensure clear communication between all project stakeholders Support in organizing meetings, tracking tasks, and following up on deadlines Use project management tools to manage tasks and reports Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field 25 years of experience in IT project coordination or management Good understanding of project management concepts (like Agile or Waterfall) Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

User Experience :Work withUX specialists andthe wider EDP product team to champion alow-frictionuser experience for adopters and theirdata consumers,focusing ontheplatform susability, intuitiveness, and overall user satisfaction. Adoption and Evangelism :Promoteadoption ofEDPacross the organization, providingdemonstrations,training, documentation, and support as needed. Act as a vocal advocate for theplatformboth internally and externally. ValueDelivery :Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track thebusiness value delivered byEDP,iterating based on insights and feedback. TeamDevelopment :Build, lead, and mentor the teamsupporttingplatform adoption,andhelp togrow thenext generation of BlackRocktechnologistsbymaturingtheteam soperatingmodel andworkingpractices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Requirement: 8+ years of experiencein business analysis, consulting, or a similar role in the IT industry. Extensive experience in Airline Domain likeInterline billing and settlement, well-versed withRAM rulesfor billing of Fare, Taxes, ISC, Codeshare, and One World processes, includingICH/ACH and direct settlementfor PAX and miscellaneous billings. Exposure to a structuredSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience delivering in anAgile environment. Ability tocommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across different audiences.
