For more information, visit www.wipro.com. Role Purpose: As an experienced Agile practitioner, you will play a crucial role in coaching new Agile teams. Your responsibilities will include facilitating, mentoring, coaching, and training teams to embrace Agile practices and achieve sustainable maturity. Previous experience in a large Agile team is essential, along with a thorough understanding of Agile enablement at a program level. Your expertise will be instrumental in sustaining Agile enablement within the account. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the Agile readiness of teams and conduct regular assessments to gauge Agile maturity. - Conduct training workshops on Agile methodologies and related roles for teams and stakeholders. - Mentor teams to help them adopt Agile practices and execution approaches effectively. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive actions aimed at enhancing Agile maturity. - Assist Scrum Teams in identifying impediments and managing cross-team dependencies. - Support teams in implementing Agile practices and ceremonies. - Facilitate team alignment, backlog distribution, and governance for Distributed teams. - Ensure that the Agile Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined for the Program are achieved. - Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities based on Retrospectives and drive initiatives to completion. - Promote Agile awareness beyond the account through Agile Evangelization, sharing experiences and success stories.
