Agile Coach , Aladdin Data - Vice President

As an Agile Coach within the Aladdin Data team at Vice President level, you will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. You will be part of the Project Management team and play a crucial role in driving Agile practices and methodologies within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide teams in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to improve project delivery efficiency and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles and practices, helping them embrace the Agile mindset. Furthermore, you will identify and address any impediments to Agile adoption and drive organizational change to ensure Agile best practices are followed. You will also track key Agile metrics to monitor team performance and progress towards Agile maturity. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in Agile methodologies and proven experience in coaching teams towards Agile adoption.
