As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls to customers, where you will be offering Credit Card Personal Loans (PL) & Business Loans (BL). Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their specific needs and providing them with relevant loan products. A key aspect of your job will be to follow-up with leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline in order to meet daily and monthly targets. It is essential that you possess a proactive and aggressive sales approach to ensure successful selling. In addition to sales activities, accurate documentation of customer information will be crucial for this role. You will also be required to collaborate closely with the team to collectively achieve sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during day shifts, and you will have opportunities for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, shift allowances, and yearly bonuses. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
