We are seeking skilled L2 Technical Network Engineers to support our network infrastructure projects and provide technical assistance to clients across India and overseas. Requirements: L2 Engineer (min 3-4 Years of Experience) Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices. Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP (ISP & Aggregator Routers). Experience in network traffic shifting and migration. Ability to prepare and execute Method of Procedure (MOP) documents. Technical Skills: Hardware Installation & Configuration: o Cisco: 3900, 3925, ASR 1800, 1900, 2900, 5500, ASR 900, ASR 9000 series, NCS 540 o Huawei & Nokia Switches o Cisco Catalyst Series switches Server & Network Implementation: o Installation and configuration of UCS servers o LAN network design and implementation o Fiber optic network infrastructure setup Troubleshooting & Documentation: o Review site surveys and document active and passive network components o Plan and design cable installations o Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently Responsibilities: Conduct network hardware installations and configurations. Implement and maintain Cisco and multi-vendor network infrastructure. Design and implement LAN networks, including fiber optic connectivity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients in India and overseas. Prepare and execute MOPs for planned changes. Troubleshoot customer network issues and ensure smooth resolution. Provide documentation and support for network infrastructure upgrades.
