You will be working on complex data migrations, modernizing legacy applications, and building new applications on the cloud for large enterprises and/or growth stage startups. As a passionate architect at Wekan Enterprise Solutions, you will play a key role in leading technical teams, designing system architecture, and reviewing peer code. Collaboration and teamwork are crucial as you contribute directly to mission-critical projects, engaging with business stakeholders, customers" technical teams, and MongoDB solutions Architects. Your responsibilities will include designing system architecture, leading technical teams, and reviewing peer code. You should have a relevant experience of at least 12+ years in building high-performance applications, with a minimum of 3+ years as an architect. Strong problem-solving skills, mentoring capabilities, and a good understanding of the software development life cycle are essential. Your expertise should encompass system design and architecture, with a keen focus on the quality of work delivered. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must-have in this role. The required technical skills for this position include extensive hands-on experience in developing high-performance applications using Node.Js (JavaScript/TypeScript) and familiarity with .NET, Golang, Java, or Python. Proficiency in working with the appropriate framework(s), knowledge of monolithic and microservices architecture, and hands-on experience with data modeling on MongoDB and other databases are necessary. Experience with 3rd party integrations, such as authentication, cloud services, etc., along with hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, CI/CD pipelines, and at least one cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure) are crucial. Additionally, a strong background in writing and maintaining clear documentation is essential. Good to have skills include experience with frontend technologies like React.Js, Vue.Js, or Angular, extensive consulting experience with customers for defining architecture or system design, and technical certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other relevant technologies.
