Agentic Automation Senior Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for an Agentic Automation Senior Consultant to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for developing solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere Tool and leading Automation Anywhere teams. With a minimum of 7 years of Automation Anywhere development experience in the enterprise software space, you will also need 1-2+ years of experience in leading teams independently or under the direction of Architect/Leadership. Your role will involve translating business requirements and process designs into process flows, evaluating software solutions, and applying design patterns. In addition to strong technical leadership skills, knowledge of RPA infrastructure setup, attended vs unattended robotics implementations, Citrix environment with RPA Tools, and OCR libraries or tools (e.g., ABBYY) will be beneficial. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential for delivering proposals, providing user support, and collaborating with team members and other departments. The ideal candidate should have a flexible and agile attitude towards responsibilities and change, open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms, and systems. Minimum skills required include Automation Anywhere (5+), any other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Microsoft Power Automate) (2+ optional), and experience as a Lead Developer / Technical Lead (2+ yrs).
