## Role Overview

As an Agent Developer, you’ll be part of a small, agile team responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining AI agents. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full agent development lifecycle—from data ingestion and prompt engineering to API integration and performance tuning.

## Key Responsibilities

Agent Implementation: Build and extend agents using our internal frameworks and APIs.
Prompt & Dialogue Engineering: Craft, evaluate, and refine prompts and conversation flows to ensure clear, accurate, and context-aware responses.Integration: Connect agents with external data sources (REST APIs, databases, CMS) to fetch, process, and deliver real-time information.Testing & QA: Develop unit and end-to-end tests (including automated test suites) to validate agent behavior, accuracy, and performance.Monitoring & Optimization: Instrument agents for logging and metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements for latency, relevancy, and user satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UX, and Data Science teams to gather requirements, share progress, and iterate on features.Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for agent designs, APIs, and best practices.

## Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (completed within the last 12 months).
Programming: Solid proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.Foundational AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of NLP fundamentals (tokenization, embeddings, intent classification) and working knowledge of transformer-based models.API Experience: Hands-on with RESTful APIs and basic knowledge of JSON, HTTP, and OAuth.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems and propose efficient solutions.Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Preferred Qualifications

Practical Exposure: Internships or project experience involving AI/NLP, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with prompt-based interactions for models like GPT-4 or similar.Testing Frameworks: Experience using pytest, unittest, or similar testing tools.Cloud Platforms: Basic exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure services (e.g., Lambda, S3).Version Control: Comfortable with Git workflows and collaborative code reviews.
