Agency Recruitment & Development Manager

As an Insurance Agency Manager, your role will involve recruiting, developing, and managing insurance agents/advisors to drive business growth. You will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through the recruited agency team and achieving business targets by establishing a strong agent/advisor network. Your key responsibilities will include motivating, training, and supporting agents to enhance their productivity while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, develop, and manage insurance agents/advisors for business growth. - Drive sales of life insurance products through the recruited agency team. - Achieve business targets by building a strong agent/advisor network. - Motivate, train, and support agents for enhanced productivity. - Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong sales and business development skills. - Prior exposure to the Life Insurance/BFSI sector preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team. In terms of compensation, the package offered ranges from 2.5 - 4 LPA for candidates from any sales background, up to 4.5 LPA for candidates with prior insurance sales experience, and for highly relevant and experienced Life Insurance professionals, the compensation can be 6 LPA or more (discussed based on profile suitability).
