Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and development of a team of Financial Advisors
Training, motivating, and guiding Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets within defined timelines
Providing timely product knowledge and market updates to the team
Conducting regular training sessions and workshops for better understanding of insurance products and selling techniques
Driving business generation through the performance of recruited Financial Advisors
Monitoring advisor performance and ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates from BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries with a background in sales
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
Experience in field sales or team handling roles will be preferred
Self-motivated individuals with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
