Responsibilities

• Drive large commercial insurance business through the agency distribution channel.
• Develop and manage relationships with insurance agents, brokers and channel partners to generate business.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and large commercial insurance segment.
• Manage and grow the existing portfolio of large commercial clients while ensuring business retention.
• Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, market development and partner engagement.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy issuance and client servicing.
• Achieve business targets while maintaining strong relationships with key distribution partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in General Insurance, specifically in Agency Sales or Commercial Sales.
• Strong exposure to Large Commercial and Corporate Insurance business.
• Experience in managing agency partners, brokers and distribution channels.
• Good understanding of General Insurance products and commercial insurance business.
• Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and target-driven approach.
