Role & Responsibilities Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Automate operational tasks, deployments, and infrastructure management.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud environments.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system reliability.
• Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Python, Shell, or Bash).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of networking, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
