Roles and Responsibilities Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve issues related to policy issuance or servicing. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
