The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and implementing strategic plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Business Head will lead and mentor team members, manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the company meets its financial and operational goals. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, business development, and revenue generation Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent client relationship management abilities Proficiency in financial management and budgeting Solid understanding of performance metrics and data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is advantageous
