Tech Lead Audio Development (7-10 Years) Location: Bangalore, India Join our Bangalore team as an Audio Tech Lead to shape the future of immersive audio experiences. Youll design, develop, and optimize audio processing software for embedded systems, consumer electronics, and PC/mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop & customize audio drivers (ALSA, Windows UAA, ASIO, UWP/DMF). ntegrate and tune DSP algorithms (ECNR, Beamforming, DRC, AGC, audio enhancement, far-field speech recognition). Work on system-level audio architecture for Windows, Android, and Linux stacks. Tuning & certification for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Alexa, Cortana. Optimize performance, analyze audio signals, debug with logs and lab tools. The Role You will be responsible to take care of technical aspects of Energy Management System(EMS) & Generation Management System(GMS) products in projects delivered using AspenTech - OSIs monarch platform for customers across different geographies. You are expected to possess knowledge of power systems analysis, electric utility operations, control, and optimization. What You Will Do Work directly with customers to define requirements for advanced control systems. Understand project requirements through interactions with project engineering and other stakeholders, and design solutions to meet these requirements. Carry out power system modelling, Analysis, and electrical design aspects of projects from the feasibility stage through implementation and operations. Design and develop custom applications to meet project requirements. Design the theoretical algorithms and their software implementation. Create test plans and procedures and perform testing for product releases including unit (module by module) and algorithm proof testing. Provide applications programming support for other Engineering departments. Provide training and support for end users. What You Will Need Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics engineering / Post-graduate in Power Systems or related discipline is desirable. 2-8 years work experience in Power System Analysis and Energy Management Systems Understanding of use-cases for electric utilities is good to have. Understanding of object oriented programming concepts with development using C# or Python along with basic – intermediate understanding of SQL is good to have. Basic knowledge of databases and data warehousing. Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on several projects in parallel. Ability and flexibility to travel based on project need.
