Job Summary: We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. You will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, manage front desk operations, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office functions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently Manage the front desk, reception area, and maintain a clean, organized workspace Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and ensure visitor security protocols are followed Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars Provide basic information to clients or direct them to the appropriate department Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations Maintain inventory of front office supplies and request restocking when necessary Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Administration or related field is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a corporate, healthcare, hospitality, or educational environment Knowledge of front office management systems or switchboard operations Multilingual abilities (depending on the company/client base) Working Conditions: Office-based role with fixed working hours May require occasional overtime during events or peak business hours Dress code and professional appearance required at all times
