Your key responsibilities will include analyzing system usage, recommending optimizations for automation, and training users on Salesforce best practices tailored to high-tech workflows. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Salesforce configurations with evolving business models and maintain documentation to support scalable growth. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of support analysts, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce administration and support experience, preferably in a high-tech or SaaS company. Your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation, and data models will be essential, along with proven experience in supporting complex integrations with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Jira, NetSuite, or Gainsight. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position. Preferred skills for this role include proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, CPQ, and Service Cloud, as well as expertise in workflow automation, data management, API integrations, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and change/release management practices.
