Your Responsibilities: Management of OHC independently. Provide healthcare & clinical services to all employees of the company. Take responsibility and manage occupational health centers- staffing, vendor management, documentation, ambulance management etc. Management of hospitalized cases - good network with hospitals and doctors. Knowledge of factories act and Risk assessments. To adhere to all statutory, legal and audit compliances. Management of incidents. Conduct pre-employment, periodic health checks, trainings etc. Disease outbreak management- provide consultation, manage hospitalization etc. Conduct vaccination drives and other health initiatives as directed. To implement all medical services and activities advised by Country Occupational Health Advisor in alignment with company policy. Ethical and high level of integrity is expected. Well versed with Ergonomics and Industrial hygiene assessment. Your Background: MBBS degree preferred. 5-7 years experience, preferably in big corporates & manufacturing industries. AFIH /DIH certification is mandatory. Fluent in local language. Good in written and verbal communication. Good in computer - MS office. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
