As a UI Designer, you will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. You will practice user-centered design in all stages, starting with sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and digital prototypes. Your responsibilities will also include executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. In this role, you will communicate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented effectively, meeting usability standards, and analyze, resolve, and track defects to closure. Your objective will be to present the user interface visually, making information easy to read, understand, and find. You will be responsible for generating clear ideas, user flows, concepts, and designs of creative assets from inception to completion. Collaboration with other designers to maintain a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience will be essential. You will translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical specifications into visually appealing, user-friendly, and emotionally engaging designs. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas will be part of your routine tasks. As a UI Designer, you will present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback will also be crucial in this role. Qualifications and Skills: - A Bachelor's degree in Graphic, Web, or other Design-related concentration from an accredited educational institution - Proven UI experience with problem-solving aptitude - Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Affinity Designer, Sketch, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, etc. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction - Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders,
