The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving measurable results through various digital channels. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Job Title: Associate/Specialist -Performance Marketing Location: Mumbai What you will do Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis to drive maximum ROI. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of campaign objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Track and report on key performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights and updates to stakeholders. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliates, and other programmatic platforms. Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies. Strong data analysis skills Must have: Spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets) Good to have: SQL, R Priority 2-5 years in Performance Marketing Experience in B2C/Fintech. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
