Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Expert Identity Platform Engineer. The Expert Identity Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include integrating IAM systems, ensuring security compliance, implementing single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA), and collaborating with technology teams to optimize IAM solutions. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and resolving identity-related issues and staying up-to-date with IAM trends. Qualifications Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Proficiency in implementing and managing identity platforms such as LDAP, Active Directory, or Azure AD Knowledge of security protocols and standards like SAML, OAuth, OIDC Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their IAM services Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus Certifications in relevant fields (CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are beneficial
