Company Description Aesthetic Living Merchants Pvt. Ltd. is a leading export house engaged in the manufacturing and export of high-end furniture and decorative accessories crafted from leather, MDF, veneer, raffia, and fabric . We specialize in delivering premium hard goods to global markets through innovation, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality. Role Description Buyer Handling : Communicate effectively with international buyers for product development, order execution, and approvals. Product Development : Coordinate with design and sampling teams to develop new collections in hard goods (furniture & decorative items) as per seasonal trends. Costing & Negotiation : Prepare product costing sheets and handle price negotiations in coordination with the management. Production Follow-up : Coordinate with internal production teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of material and readiness of the order with desired quality control. Documentation : Ensure all documentation (PI, PO, approvals, test reports) is in place and properly maintained. Quality & Compliance : Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and adherence to buyer specifications. Reporting : Maintain and share regular reports on order status, delivery schedules, and risk management. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Merchandising, Export Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising in an export house dealing with hard goods or home décor. Strong understanding of materials such as leather, MDF, veneer, raffia, and fabric . Excellent communication skills and proficiency in email correspondence and Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/orders simultaneously. Knowledge of international quality standards and compliance processes is preferred.
