As a Senior Associate, your role will involve working as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Some key responsibilities at this management level include using feedback and reflection to enhance self-awareness, acting as a subject matter expert in your chosen domain, and developing Client POC/POV for integrating emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI with the product platform. You will also mentor junior team members, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in integrating with other Oracle PaaS services, expertise in APEX Reports and Custom Page creation, and hands-on experience in Oracle Java Cloud Service (JCS) and Oracle Cloud ERP extensibility. Additionally, skills in SQL, PLSQL, data warehousing concepts, troubleshooting defects, and documentation are essential for success in this position. Within our Managed Services platform, we focus on providing integrated services and solutions that leverage both technology and human expertise to create impactful solutions for our clients. As a member of the Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you will be involved in a range of critical offerings, including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, and strategic roadmap development.
