As a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Capital Equipment sales, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling scientific instrumentation to various sectors across India. Your primary focus will be on engaging with universities, research institutes, and industrial R&D divisions, particularly in domains such as Automotive Paint Shops, Aerospace Composite, Oil & Gas Pipe, and Research Institutes. Your key responsibilities will include driving the sales of Terahertz Technology Products/Solutions, identifying and developing NDT opportunities in specific sectors, conducting technical presentations and consultations, managing the entire sales cycle, collaborating with internal technical teams to address customer challenges, representing the company at industry events, preparing technical proposals and quotations, as well as maintaining sales records and forecasts using CRM tools. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field. Additionally, having 3-4 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering within industries like scientific instrumentation or non-destructive testing (NDT) is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of selling to universities, research institutions, R&D labs, and industrial customers. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both scientific and commercial stakeholders, as well as a willingness to travel for client visits and events within defined regions, are key attributes for this position.,
