Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to independently manage and execute the installation of high-efficiency axial fans in Air Handling Units (AHUs) and ventilation systems at various client sites across India. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HVAC installations, capable of coordinating with stakeholders on-site, and ensuring timely, safe, and quality execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage end-to-end site installation of high-efficiency axial fans in AHUs and general ventilation systems. Supervise site activities , including mechanical erection, alignment, electrical interface, and commissioning support. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and address technical issues on-site. Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards during installation. Conduct pre-installation site assessments , prepare material and manpower planning. Interpret technical drawings (GA, layout, electrical, HVAC) and ensure correct implementation at the site. Train client personnel or contractors on correct handling and maintenance of the installed equipment. Prepare and submit daily progress reports , site logs, and completion certificates. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at site. Support post-installation testing and commissioning in coordination with the technical team. Travel to various cities across India as per project needs. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with HVAC installation projects, especially AHU retrofitting or axial fan installation . Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and layouts. Strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making ability. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and local labor at site. Willingness to travel extensively and handle remote-site operations independently. Familiarity with electrical connections and control panels is a plus. Preferred Experience: Projects involving energy-efficient upgrades or retrofitting in industrial/commercial buildings. Production and Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities to meet customer orders on time, ensuring efficient use of resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of production schedules. Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and maintain accurate records of production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes as needed. Job Description Dimensional QC of parts being manufactured, development of templates etc for the same as required Raw material testing to be conducted and sop defined Production planning, raising PR and follow up with vendors to make parts as per specified drawings in each project. Manage manpower to ensure on time production as per production plan. Ensure production from vendors are done on time specified as per production plan to ensure on time dispatch Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order) Review current blueprints and quality documentation Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently generating and managing sales opportunities, from initial client contact to project/order handover to projects team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients from a provided database and through self-generated leads. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular in-person and online meetings. Identify new requirements, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships. Technical Sales: Develop a deep understanding of Aeronaut Fan technology and its benefits. Leverage your experience in air conditioning systems and components, including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Energy Recovery Units, Ventilation Units, Air Washers, and Scrubber Units, to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Project Assessment: Assess client requirements and identify suitable Aeronaut Fan solutions. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, cost-benefit analyses, and project timelines. Project Management: Coordinate with the project engineering team to ensure seamless project execution. Provide necessary support as and when required to the Project execution team to sort out various issues that arise during execution. Monitor project progress and provide ongoing support to clients. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. Through study of PO & handover to project execution team. Payment Follow-up: Track and follow up on advance and balance payments. Ensure timely receipt of payments. Resolve any payment-related issues. Reporting : Prepare weekly sales reports, including sales pipeline analysis, forecast updates, and key performance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the HVAC or energy efficiency industry. Experienced in both technical and commercial aspects of air conditioning systems and components, such as Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Energy Recovery Units, Ventilation Units, Air Washers, and Scrubber Units. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in sales and CRM tools. A passion for sustainable solutions and energy efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in energy management or LEED. Experience with HVAC design and system optimisation. A strong network of contacts in the HVAC industry.
