Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in New Delhi. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling client relations, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining communication with clients, addressing their needs, and fostering long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and grow relationships with assigned key accounts in the packaging sector. Regularly engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and expectations. Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and ensure timely re-orders. Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new packaging products or solutions. Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns. Prepare and deliver monthly sales retention reports to management. Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall revenue goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Having Experience in Packaging Industry in with Flexible Packaging. Proven ability to manage and grow existing client accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of packaging materials (e.g., corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, plastic, paperboard, etc.) Ability to travel for client meetings and plant visits.
