As a Product Director Network Modelling & Optimization at GSK, you will play a crucial role in transforming the Supply Chain network modelling function, delivering impact and value through next-generation solutions. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and product roadmap within the GSC business unit for all Global Network modelling activities, covering various tools including advanced planning, decision intelligence, and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead your teams in developing vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure the delivery of capabilities for your product. - Drive Agile standard operating model, ceremonies, and culture within the product team ways of working. - Coach and develop your product team to become effective team members focused on data-driven decision-making and customer centricity. - Work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to set a clear strategy for your product area while incorporating new ideas. - Apply the scientific method and lean start-up thinking to set hypotheses, design experiments, and measure the impact of new work released on your roadmap. - Act as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers, and ensuring adoption of strategies and tools to accelerate speed to value. - Maintain high credibility by shipping products that make users" lives easier and enhance Product Management as a discipline within GSK Tech. Qualifications & Skills: - BA/BSc degree in any discipline with 18+ years of overall experience. - Extensive experience in developing technology planning solutions, preferably in OMP, SAP, 09, Aera, Kinaxis. - Experience in leading teams that developed successful Planning software products. - Passionate about developing people and have a detailed understanding of product management techniques. - Technical knowledge to understand your team's software products.
