Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and growth-oriented Director – Sales & Marketing to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies across our group companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing marketing initiatives, managing key customer relationships, and supporting business development objectives across both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships, especially in international markets. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams across all three companies. Drive lead generation and conversion strategies, focusing on measurable ROI and client acquisition. Oversee digital marketing efforts, brand positioning, and corporate communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, delivery, and client success to ensure effective execution. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. Qualifications & Requirements Proven track record in Sales and Business Development , ideally in IT/software services or product-based companies. Hands-on experience in Sales Operations and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) . Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and build cohesive teams. Excellent communication , presentation , and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinker with strong planning, market analysis, and negotiation skills. Prior experience working with international clients or in global business development is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field; MBA preferred . Familiarity with Salesforce , SaaS Bases Products , or Government IT project ecosystems will be an added advantage. Show more Show less
