Aeprocurex Sourcing

• Assemble through-hole and SMD (Surface Mount Device) components onto PCBs as per design specifications • Perform hand soldering and operate soldering/reflow ovens or wave soldering equipment • Inspect and test assembled boards using magnifiers, microscopes, and test jigs • Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BoM) • Identify and correct component placement or soldering defects • Maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols throughout the assembly process • Work closely with the quality and R&D teams for debugging and modifications • Maintain tools and ensure a clean, organized workbench • Assist in preparing PCB kits and maintaining stock of electronic components
