As an AEP Solution Architect you will be responsible for developing and building solution strategy and Architecture vision to meet business requirements. Also, constructing a custom technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting clients industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs on Adobe, Salesforce etc. Develop and build solution strategy and CDP Architecture vision to meet business requirements. Support technical capabilities development by reviewing current state architecture of clientMust have skills: Adobe Experience Good to have skills: AJO, CJA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: min 15 yrs Requirements Roles & Responsibilities: - Construct a custom technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting clients industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs on Adobe and Salesforce - Manage multiple Customer engagements simultaneously - Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across data driven marketing, single view of the customer, and marketing technology, with a specialization in Customer Data Platforms- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in a timely manner. - Drive platform selection to select the best technology platforms for the job - Create architecture and solution blueprints to meet client requirements - Work with the project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan - Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies - Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements - Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, master data management, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media Benefits Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform - Good To Have Skills: AJO, CJA - Knowledge of other Adobe Cloud solutions like Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager etc. (or other cloud solutions) - Deep understanding of latest integration/interface technologies and standards followed with AEP Platform - Excellent communication skills to be able to present product suite architecture to clients - Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams - Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work with geographically distributed development teams well under deadlines in a changing environment - Experience of reviewing the designs developed by senior developers, junior architects. Coach, mentor and lead them towards achieving consistency and standards based on targeted architecture of the product suite - Solid understanding of software development principles and experience with software development life cycle (SDLC). - Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Experience applying agile development methodologies and associated tools - Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence etc.) - Experience with DevOps concepts and tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have overall, 12-15 years of experience with minimum 4-5 years on enterprise product technical design and architecture. - Minimum 2-year hands on SQL experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
